Group class that is designed to be similar to a personal training session but with a group. This means working through a full body workout but in a group of max 4 people. This means we can keep an even closer eye on form and tailor difficulty even closer than in a class.
This is a great class for beginners to find their feet, and for the experienced to push themselves harder under the watchful gaze of our instructors!
